FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How many Twisteds are in Dandy's World?
There are over 40 Twisteds across five rarity tiers, plus seasonal Event Twisteds that only appear during Easter, Halloween, and Christmas events.
What is a Lethal Twisted?
Lethal Twisteds like Dandy and Dyle deal 99 damage, instantly downing any Toon regardless of trinkets. They appear under specific conditions rather than random spawns.
How does Twisted difficulty scale?
Runs start with mostly Common Twisteds. From Floor 5, Rare and Main Character Twisteds gain weight, with a guaranteed Main every 20 floors and a Rare every 15.
Do failed skill checks attract Twisteds?
Yes. Failing a machine skill check can draw Twisteds like Vee, Astro, Dandy, or Dyle from anywhere on the floor. The Mime Makeup trinket negates this aggro.
